So I will have the insane privilege to be able to visit The Reading Leeds Music Festival, holy fuck I really wanna see Panic! At the Disco... Brendon Urie, take my soul. Oh my Lord THIS MAN WAS CRAFTED BY THE GODS. His vocal range is unbelievably varied it's scary. I shall be going with two other friends of mine, may I add that on the way there I'm going to blast all the music I own and possibly deafen my dad.

I was first introduced to them when I watched a completely irrelevant video and the background music was Miss Jackson, so once I found out the songs name I looked them up and instantly fell in love with not only the band but the entire Pop-Punk genre. Then came Fall Out Boy, Paramore, My Chemical Romance, Black Veil Brides and Greenday and everyday from then I never went a day without listening to at least one pop-punk song. I love how as opposed to most pop songs, pop-punk/rock songs actually have a message that's not over-sexualised or about the female physique (or Miley).

I also introduced my best friend, who is going with me, to pop-punk/rock music, before that I was kind of the only one who enjoyed this kind of music. The girls in my class are literally the definition for 'basic bitch'. By 'basic bitch' I mean people who actually care about others outlook on themselves, like it will make people like you more stooping to their levels and following their standards. Jesus I hate this generations girls, kind of hypocritical because when I was younger I didn't know what to be classified as, Girly, Tomboy, Goth. I went through every phase and I mean EVERY phase trying so see where I fit in best, I didn't find that so one night I had an epiphany, I enjoyed myself the most when I was just not trying at all, at a phase of confusion almost a permanent purgatory. When I tried not to be anything I was being myself, my idiotic, geeky, fangirly, weird self. Thank you Sarh for introducing me to this phase, fangirlism. I like it here, we have cookies.

The festival is held for a couple of days but I'm going on the 28th of August, I'll put the website link here : http://www.readingfestival.com/
